Frequently asked questions
Is the signature included in the free plan?
Yes, in a simple version: the Starter plan gives you a signature to copy, with a small “Made with VisitCard” line. The full signature (no mention, custom template, automatic updates, banner) is included from the Pro plan, one signature per card, and in the 14-day Pro trial you get when you sign up.
How does the signature insert itself in Outlook?
Your organisation’s Microsoft 365 administrator deploys the VisitCard add-in once, from the admin center (Integrated apps), for the whole organisation or a group. The signature is then inserted in every new message, reply and forward, chosen according to the sending address.
And without a Microsoft 365 administrator?
The add-in pane offers an “Insert my signature” button. You can also copy the formatted signature and paste it into your email client’s settings: it is then a copy, to paste again after a change to the card.
Does it work with Gmail?
Yes, by copy and paste. Gmail keeps several named signatures: create one per card, then choose it with the pen icon while writing.
How much does the signature cost for the whole team?
It is included in every seat of the Team plan, billed per person with a decreasing price. Shared addresses: 3 included, then each one billed like a seat. Details are on the Pricing page.
