Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. If you downgrade, your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

When you sign up, you get 14 days of Pro for free, no credit card required. At the end, without a subscription, your account returns to the Starter plan at no cost: your first card stays online, the others are paused (never deleted) and come back as soon as you switch to Pro.

You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account switches to Starter. One card stays online; the others are taken offline, never deleted, and you can reactivate them by subscribing again. Your contacts are kept.

They are not lost. Beyond 50 contacts on Starter (unlimited on Pro), new ones arrive “on hold”: the visitor gets their confirmation, and you see them as soon as your plan allows. Up to 200 contacts can wait; a contact left on hold for more than 90 days is deleted.

Yes. On Pro, the change of billing period applies at your next renewal, and the days you already paid for are credited. On Team, switching to annual takes effect immediately (the current month is credited) and switching back to monthly applies at renewal.

Per person: the first person at the Pro price, then each colleague cheaper and cheaper. Up to 100 people self-service, with a 14-day trial for up to 10 people, no credit card (one trial per company). Beyond that, or for a full White-Label solution, contact us for a custom quote.

VisitCard is published by a Swiss company. Data is encrypted at rest; the database and images are hosted in the European Union (Cloudflare). You can export or delete your data at any time from your settings. Details in our privacy policy.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard: the subscription won’t renew and you keep access until the end of the paid period. The remaining period is not refunded pro rata (Terms of Sale, art. 7), except in the event of a billing error on our side.

Annual Pro: €42 for the first year, then €63/year — for a subscription taken out by 31 December 2026 by an account that has never subscribed. The first-year price is applied automatically at checkout; renewals are then at €63/year.
