Can I switch from the free plan to Pro at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. If you downgrade, your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Is there a trial period for the Pro plan?
The Starter plan is free indefinitely, so you can try VisitCard with no time limit. No credit card is required to get started.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your account automatically switches to the Starter plan. Your cards and contacts are kept, but some Pro features will no longer be available. No data is deleted.
How many team members does the Business price include?
The Business plan includes up to 20 cards / team members. For more than 20 members or a full White-Label solution, contact us for a custom quote.
Is my data protected?
All data is hosted on European servers. VisitCard is GDPR compliant. You can export or delete your data at any time from your settings.
Can the annual plan be refunded?
If you'd like a refund within 14 days of your purchase, contact us at hello@visitcard.app. Beyond that period, refunds are prorated for the remaining months.
