An exchanged card is only worth the follow-up you give it. VisitCard helps you, from the first thank-you to Monday’s reminder.
As soon as a visitor leaves their details on your card, they receive a short thank-you email from you, with the link to your card. If they reply, the reply comes straight to you. Turn it on once in your settings.
Sort every contact — New, To contact, Awaiting reply, To follow up, Client / done, Nothing to do — and mark the most important ones with a ⭐. With Pro, set the follow-up date in one tap: +3 days, +1 week, +1 month.

Yes. VisitCard offers personalised NFC cards in the design of your digital card, delivered in Switzerland and Liechtenstein: their chip is already linked to your account, and a simple tap with a smartphone opens your card. Your card’s link can also be written to a compatible NFC tag. The QR code remains the universal option.
Your account goes back to Starter at the end of the paid period. One card stays online with the basic features; the others are taken offline, never deleted, and your contacts are kept.
VisitCard is published by a Swiss company. The database and images are hosted in the European Union (Cloudflare); the app is served by Cloudflare’s global network. Data is encrypted at rest and never sold. You can export or delete it at any time.
No. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time, free of charge. Monthly or annual billing, your choice.
A Swiss company, a card and an interface in 5 languages, an email signature generated from your card (updated automatically with the Outlook add-in), and no app to install — neither for you nor for your contacts.
In Outlook, yes, when your organisation’s Microsoft 365 administrator deploys the VisitCard add-in (admin center → Settings → Integrated apps → Upload custom apps → the manifest address shown on your Signature page); rollout can take up to 24 hours. Without an administrator, and in Gmail or Apple Mail, you copy each card’s signature in one click and paste it once into your email program.
None: they are three names for the same thing. A web page in your name, opened via a QR code, a link or an NFC tag, from which people save your contact to their address book (vCard), with no app.
