1. Acceptance of terms
By using VisitCard, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
VisitCard is a SaaS platform for creating, sharing and analysing digital business cards. The service is accessible via web browser and is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.
3. Account creation
You must create an account to access the service. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activities carried out from your account.
4. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use VisitCard to:
- Post unlawful, defamatory or misleading content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt to bypass security measures
- Spam or harass other users
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content (texts, photos, information). You grant VisitCard a limited licence to display this content as part of the service.
6. Free and paid plans
The Starter plan is free with no time limit. Pro and Business plans are subject to a monthly subscription. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, free of charge.
7. Service availability
VisitCard strives to maintain maximum availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance may be carried out with prior notice.
8. Limitation of liability
VisitCard shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
9. Termination
VisitCard reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms, after prior notice except in cases of proven fraud.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the company’s registered office, in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

12. Right of withdrawal (European Union residents)
If you reside in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you subscribe to a paid plan, without having to give a reason. When subscribing, you may expressly consent to immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the service begins. Without this express consent, you retain your 14-day right of withdrawal; contact hello@visitcard.app to exercise it.
