After the meeting: no prospect forgotten

Every contact received is followed through to the end, with no spreadsheet on the side.

  • A thank-you email goes to every new contact within a minute.
  • A follow-up status and a follow-up date for every contact.
  • “To do today” and meeting anniversaries in the dashboard.
  • On Mondays, the “Your VisitCard week” email sums up the activity.

How seats work

  1. 1 seat = 1 person, with their own login, card, contacts and signature.
  2. You, the admin, take seat 1; each invited colleague takes one seat.
  3. Add seats at any time: only the prorated amount for the current period is charged.
  4. Remove seats whenever you like: the reduction applies at the next renewal.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add or remove someone?

From the Team page of your dashboard: invite someone by email, they create their login and complete their card. To remove someone, free up their seat; the card goes offline, nothing else is touched.

A colleague leaves: what happens to their card and QR code?

You hand their card over to their successor: same link, same QR code, printed cards keep working. Their personal details are removed; the company details stay.

Who owns the contacts?

The company. Each colleague sees the contacts their card received, the admin sees all of them; when someone leaves, their contacts stay.

How does the trial work?
