Cancel your subscription

You can cancel anytime at no charge:

1. Go to Dashboard → Subscription.
2. Click Cancel my subscription and confirm. Your Pro/Team access stays active until the end of the paid period.
3. Changed your mind? While the period runs, Undo cancellation keeps your subscription going.
4. At the end, your account automatically switches to the free Starter plan.

Back on Starter

• One card stays online; the others are taken offline, never deleted, and you can reactivate them if you subscribe again.
• Your contacts are kept. Beyond 50, new contacts are put on hold (see Contacts on hold).
• On Team, colleagues lose their access and their cards go offline; the contacts stay with the company.
