The ambassador programme pays you when someone you recommend becomes a customer. Full overview and earnings simulator.
How it works
- Dashboard → Ambassador: your link
visitcard.app/r/YOURCODE, your code and a QR code to share. - Choose how to split 30% between your commission and your customer’s discount (default: 20% for you, 10% for them). The setting applies to your new customers.
- Share your link: LinkedIn, email, trade shows… It is remembered for 60 days, and your code can also be entered at checkout.
Your earnings
- Commission on what the customer actually pays, during their first 12 months. During the launch offer, it is fixed at 20%.
- Each commission becomes available 30 days after the payment; a refund cancels it.
- Use your earnings as credit on your subscription, at any time.
- Private individual: convert your available earnings into Galaxus (CHF) or Amazon (EUR; German, French, Italian or Spanish store) gift vouchers — vouchers of 50, 100, 150 or 200, up to 500 per calendar year, one request at a time. Only commissions whose customer payment is at least 60 days old and whose customer is still subscribed, with no refund or dispute, count. It is a referral gift, not a salary; we cannot guarantee anything about its tax treatment.
- Cash payouts (from 50, the first one approved manually) are reserved for registered companies and self-employed people, against their invoice: addressed to Fiducium Sàrl, for an amount equal to the payout (VAT included where applicable), as a PDF attached to the request. To receive your earnings as money, you must be registered as self-employed or as a company and send us an invoice. Otherwise, your earnings remain available and you can use them as credit on your subscription; nothing is lost if you change status later.
- Possible registrations, for example: Switzerland: UID or AHV self-employed certificate; France: SIRET (micro-entreprise); Germany: Steuernummer or USt-IdNr.; Italy: Partita IVA; Spain: NIF as autónomo. These examples are indicative only: the rules of your country apply.
- Commissions are calculated on the amount excluding VAT: since displayed prices include VAT where applicable, the commission is lower than on the displayed price in countries where VAT applies (no VAT is charged in Switzerland today). Each payout has a printable statement (with your invoice number), each year an annual statement.
