NFC (Near Field Communication) lets you share your VisitCard by simply tapping phones together — no QR code, no link to type.
How it works
Get writable NFC tags (NTAG213/215, ~$1 each), install NFC Tools (iOS/Android), write your card URL (visitcard.app/c/your-slug) to the tag. Your contact just taps their phone to receive your card.
Setup steps
- Open NFC Tools on your phone
- Tap Write → Add a record → URL
- Enter your card URL:
https://visitcard.app/c/your-slug - Tap Write and hold the tag to your phone
- Test by tapping your phone — your card opens automatically!

- iPhone XS+ (iOS 14+)
- All Android phones with NFC (most from 2015+)
Pro tips
- Stick a tag on the back of a paper business card for a hybrid card
- Lock the tag after writing to prevent accidental erasure
- Avoid thick or metallic phone cases that block NFC signal
